# Manage your Orbit AI account, profile, and billing

> Update your profile, manage plans and Stripe-backed billing, redeem access codes, save settings changes, and delete your account safely.

Your Orbit AI account settings are available from the Settings page. You can update your profile, manage billing and plans, redeem access codes, and delete your account if needed.

## Plans, payments, and access codes

Use **Plans and pricing** or visit `/pricing` to review options shown by the current service.

    Visit `/pricing` to see available plans and features.

  <Step title="Start checkout">
    From Settings or the pricing page, choose a plan to open a secure payment page.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Confirm the secure payment page">
    Confirm it is the expected secure payment page before entering payment details. Review the product, amount, billing period, and renewal conditions.

  <Step title="Complete or cancel">
    Complete or cancel in the payment page, then return to Orbit.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Allow time to refresh">
    Return to Orbit and allow time for the account status to refresh.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Manage billing">
    Open the billing portal from Settings to view invoices, update payment methods, or change your subscription.

<Warning>
  Never send payment card details or an access code to support in plain text. If a payment status is unclear, check the billing page or contact support before trying the payment again.
</Warning>

<Note>
  An access code can add model access, but it is not necessarily equivalent to a paid subscription. Use the official purchase and billing screens. Do not follow payment links sent through unverified messages.

## Redeem an access code

Access codes can unlock premium features or model access for your account.

    In the app shell, find the **Redeem access code** control.

  <Step title="Enter your code">
    Type the code exactly and submit it. If valid, the app shows a confirmation toast and applies the entitlement to your account.

<Note>
  Code validity and the exact entitlement granted depend on backend state. If you are unsure whether a code was applied, check your account status before retrying.

## Delete your account

    In Settings, locate the account deletion option and read the confirmation text carefully.

  <Step title="Confirm deletion">
    Follow the confirmation steps to submit the deletion request. This action is consequential and may affect your data, subscriptions, and workspace memberships.

<Warning>
  Account deletion is permanent. Completion timing and the treatment of backups or external provider data may vary. Contact support if you need clarification before deleting.
