Orbit AI is a platform for building, researching, and interacting with intelligent systems. This guide walks you through your first visit, creating an account carefully, completing the seven-step onboarding, signing in with optional MFA, and resetting a forgotten password so you can reach the dashboard and start working.

First visit

  1. Open Orbit from its official web address or a trusted installer supplied by the product team.
  2. If the app opens on a sign-in page, decide whether you already have an account. Use Sign in for an existing account or Create account for a new one.
  3. If you are sent to authentication after opening a feature, this normally means the feature requires a signed-in session. Sign in and Orbit should return you to the requested page when the redirect is safe and supported.
  4. If a loading indicator remains visible, wait briefly for account and workspace state to load. If it does not finish, reload once. If the issue persists, use the recovery steps in Troubleshooting.
  5. On first sign-in after registration, complete onboarding if it appears. Onboarding answers help populate profile information and produce a plan recommendation; they are not a purchase commitment.
Use your own account on a device you control. On shared computers, sign out when finished and avoid saving the password in the browser.

Create an account carefully

The account form asks for a display name, email, and password. A profile picture can be supplied as an optional image URL. You must accept the Terms and Privacy Policy before submitting. Before submitting:
  • Use an email address you can open now. It may be needed for verification and password recovery.
  • Use a unique password that you do not use on another service.
  • Do not use another person’s email address or profile image without permission.
  • Check the linked Terms and Privacy Policy and ask support if you need clarification.
After submission, there are two possible outcomes depending on the authentication configuration:
  • Immediate session: the app confirms the account and takes you to onboarding.
  • Email verification required: the app displays a check-your-inbox message. Follow the verification link from the same browser or device when possible, then sign in.
If the verification link opens an error, return to the app and try signing in after confirming the email address. If the account is still unverified, contact support to ask for the correct recovery path. Avoid submitting the registration form repeatedly; an account may already have been created even if the browser did not show the final result.

Complete the seven-step onboarding

The onboarding screen saves progress to the account, so a reload may restore the last saved step. Use Back to revisit an earlier step. Use Continue to save progress before advancing. If a save error appears, do not assume the change persisted; retry after the connection recovers. Profile updates and onboarding progress are separate backend writes, so if profile information looks incomplete afterward, check Profile in Settings.

1

Open the sign-in screen

Go to /auth and choose Sign in.
2

Enter your credentials

Type the email and password you used to create the account.
3

Complete MFA if prompted

If an authenticator challenge appears, open the authenticator app previously enrolled for the account and enter its six-digit code.

Recover access

  • Forgot password: On the sign-in screen, enter your account email and choose Forgot password?. Follow the link sent to your inbox and choose a new password. The reset screen requires at least eight characters.
  • Use another account: During an MFA challenge, choose Use another account to switch accounts.
  • MFA code rejected: Check the current code and device time, then try the latest code. If no verified authenticator is available, use the retry option or contact support.
