Sponsored content in Orbit AI appears only under specific conditions and is always clearly labeled. This page explains when you may see ads, why they appear, and how to control your experience.

When sponsored content appears

Sponsored content is shown only if all of the following are true:
  • You are on an ad-supported plan
  • You have consented to personalized advertising in your privacy settings
If either condition is not met, you will not see sponsored content.

How sponsored content is displayed

Every sponsored item is:
  • Labeled “Sponsored” so you can distinguish it from organic content
  • Subject to frequency caps to prevent overexposure
  • Delivered through safe HTTPS redirects that protect your connection

How to stop personalized ads

To stop seeing personalized sponsored content:
  1. Go to /settings/privacy
  2. Turn off personalized advertising
You may still see non-personalized ads if you remain on an ad-supported plan. To remove all sponsored content entirely, you would need to switch to a plan that does not include ads.
Disabling personalized ads does not affect your ability to use Orbit AI features or start conversations.
